How do you prepare pupils for a future we do not know? Education has formulated an answer, in which such soft skills as creativity, cooperation and problem-solving abilities come into play. One way or another, every school is working on embedding these soft skills in its teaching methods:
Learning as a team, in which pupils work on a problem in groups (project-based);
Pupils as the owners of their learning process, and the teacher with a coaching role rather than being a central point of knowledge;
Working on realistic problems, to ensure that learning is closely related to real-world developments.
